It may be obvious what to pack for camping trips, but it is slightly different for glamping. Here is a list of all the things you need to bring to our gorgeous glampsite!

Towels

We do not provide towels. Please bring your own and maybe an old one for your muddy shoes!

Power Bank

While Milberry Green Meadows encourages you to embrace our surrounding nature, we understand that some things may need charging! Our shepherd's huts have a limited supply of electricity and so does our communal hub, however our bell tents have none.

Travel Cot

We provide two zed beds in our bell tents for children. If you require a cot for a little one you will need to bring your own, please let us know beforehand so we can provide adequate room for it. Also note, we do not allow travel cots in our shepherds huts.

Warm Nightwear

Even though we have log burners in both the huts and tents, we do not allow these to burn overnight for safety reasons. British weather is not the most tropical, so in cooler months please bring warm nightwear! (Don't worry, we provide hot water bottles and blankets!)

Torch

Our site is rural and can become extremely dark! Please bring a torch for your safety.

Sturdy Boots

Unfortunately, your favourite pair of heels will not survive our site. Bring wellies, walking boots or anything else that can be walked around in muddy fields! Make sure they are easily taken off as we keep muddy shoes outside the huts or tents.

Food and Drink

You can purchase a breakfast box or deli pack when booking and there is free tea in our shepherd's huts and games room, however please bring your own food to cook on our communal barbecue. There are shops nearby and various pubs and restaurants at a 15-20 minute walking distance and a small honesty shop for emergencies. See our surrounding area page for more details.

A Local Map

We are so lucky to be based near multiple walks/cycle routes, we recommend the OS Explorer Map 146.
